If the design file is provided by the customer, all technical and design-related responsibilities lie with the customer.
All orders will be printed in general print sheets unless otherwise specified as "exclusive" in the invoice. Please note that general sheet printing does not support Pantone or custom brand colors. CMYK colors may vary by 10–15%, and RGB files may result in up to 40% color deviation.
Color deviations are more noticeable in shades like navy blue, purple, and green due to their nature.
For all print orders, a 5–10% margin is considered for production waste (including paper trimming, color misalignment, lamination defects, etc.).
For envelope cutting, which is done manually, slight alignment errors in margins may occur and are considered acceptable within industry standards.
If QR codes or barcodes are used, their functionality is the responsibility of the customer. For best results, use pure black (C=0, M=0, Y=0, K=100) in QR code design. Using other color profiles may result in malfunction.
The customer is fully responsible for reviewing and approving the design before final confirmation.
All orders are processed based on business days only.
Delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer. For orders within Tehran, delivery is via Snapp; for other cities, shipping is handled by freight, post, or Tipax.
Orders confirmed and paid before 12:00 PM (Tehran time) will be included in that day's production queue.
The sizes listed on the invoice refer to pre-cut dimensions. Final sizes may be slightly smaller depending on the design and cutting templates used.
In case of a printing error that requires reprinting, the customer must handle the shipping costs. The return address is our warehouse.
Approval of the design and payment of the invoice are considered full acceptance of all printing terms and policies.
For technical reasons, the print supervisor may adjust aspects of the order such as size, trimming, folding lines, or embossing without prior notice if deemed necessary for optimal print quality.
Please note that repeat orders may differ slightly in color and materials due to the nature of imported supplies. Each new order will be produced using current available materials and may vary from previous batches.
Due to the lamination process (involving heat and pressure rollers), laminated cards (glossy or matte) may experience slight curvature or warping. This is a natural technical limitation. Proper storage (in a flat stack and moderate environment) will reduce or eliminate this issue. Please consider this before placing your order.
